This course is aimed at those members who want their own website and to have full control of it.
The aim is to provide you with the complete tools to go out and build your own website ‘today’.
The course will be run by Steven Bratton who is the Managing Director of Bratton Technical and has had wide acclaim with this course!
The session will include:
– Domain Name – Registering and Managing
– Website Hosting – Set-up and Managing
– WordPress – Installation
– WordPress – Structure
– WordPress site building – Themes and Pages
– Adding content to a WordPress website – information and Plug-ins.
Steven will keep the session non-technical and you will build a new basic website as a team during the session.
Minimum requirements:
– Ability to press the ‘on’ button
– Not be afraid of a computer
– Ability to use a basic word processor
– A desire to learn
